## Job description

岗位职责

### 机构管理
- 负责二级机构所在区域委外机构的日常管理和评估；

### 案件支持
- 配合委外机构做好委外案件的催收支持工作；

### 工作汇报
- 负责归属二级机构业务的逾期客户的委外催收管理和工作汇报；
- 上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 熟悉委外催收管理及委外公司运作流程专业能力；
- 具有一年以上催收委外/外包公司管理经验；
- 思维敏捷，沟通能力强。
