## Job description

岗位职责
- 辅助渠道负责人完成团队内日常管理工作;
- 维护各修理厂网点保费出单、事故送修等工作;
- 公司业绩、续保等考核指标的追踪;
- 领导交代的其他事宜 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历;2、有保险相关专业背景和工作经验者优先；3、能熟练使用Excel等办公软件;4、积极上进，乐观开朗，具备较好的沟通能力、学习能力和抗压能力；5、具有较强的业务拓展意愿与能力、良好的团队合作意识。
