## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 围绕公司战略发展方向，负责辅助学科带头人制定学科建设规划，制定并推动资源拓展计划；
- 聚焦公司区域中心所在11个城市，重点围绕名院、名医、名校、优秀运营管理模式、优秀学科建设模式等优质资源方向进行拓展；整合相应资源后向各区域成员医院按需赋能；
- 建立和维护与医院、科研单位、知名专家、学协会等的长期合作关系，组织策划大型公益活动、学术活动，推动紧密型医联体合作关系，促动医成员医院品牌形象升级和专业技术能力提升;
- 协同市场，支持业务所需医学内容的编写和审核；
- 按时按质完成领导交办的其他事项。

### 任职资格 任职资格
- 医学本科及以上学历，临床医学或相关专业，
- 有临床学科带头人助理或学科秘书工作经验，能够指导学科团队搭建，善于与医、技、护交流、沟通，能够辅助专家执行学科建设规划，具备专家资源为加分项；
- 熟悉消费医疗市场，具备实体医疗机构运营经验，如口腔诊所、康复门诊等；参与过医疗相关项目的统筹，有项目管理能力和实践经验；
- 了解医学内容编写和审核的规则，有举办学术会议和参加学术交流分享的经验；
- 思路清晰，逻辑性强，表达能力突出，具备较强的抗压能力及自我驱动力
