## Job description

岗位职责 ①负责开发并向企业客户、机构客户及高净值客户等提供定制化的综合金融解决方案；②深度了解客户需求，为客户提供股份托管及交易、资产配置、股份综合管理、家族信托等服务，或公司经营的其他业务落地；③负责组织开展机构及高净值客户相关的拓展、维护、服务等相关活动； 任职资格 ①熟悉各类金融产品，具备证券和基金从业资格； ②学历要求本科及以上学历与学位； ③具有证券、信托、银行等金融机构、第三方财富等专业销售机构或投资公司相关工作经验，能够较快达成重点业务，实现业务收入； ④优先录用财经、管理类及相近专业人员或具有 AFP、 CFP、CFA、律师或注册会计师等资格的专业型人才； ⑤以客户为中心，对销售及金融行业充满热忱，积极、自信、出色的沟通及交流能力；
