## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责长尾客户的全生命周期管理，制定并实施精准触达策略，提升客户活跃度和资产规模。 2、设计并执行针对长尾客户的营销活动，包括但不限于开户、入金、交易激活、防流失及挽回等。 3、、深入分析洞察长尾客户行为数据，挖掘客户痛点和需求，优化运营策略。 4、定期复盘长尾客户运营效果，根据数据反馈，持续优化运营策略，提升 ROI。 5、关注行业动态和竞争对手策略，提出创新的长尾客户运营方案。探索新兴技术和工具（如AI、自动化工具）在长尾客户运营中的应用。 6、打造数字化中台任务配置体系，持续将客群管理及服务链路运营迭代，保障队伍端涉及的一体化服务流程通畅、提升客户服务体验。 任职资格
- 硕士研究生以上学历，在金融-基金/证券/投资行业，具备丰富的长尾客户覆盖及线上化经验； 有3-5年策略运营岗工作经验更佳
- 具备证券从业更佳。基金资格及证券投资顾问资格CFA优先；
- 具备创新意识及熟练的线上化工具使用及管理经验；

### 合规意识与同理心
- 严格遵守证券行业监管规定，无任何合规违规记录。具备较强的用户体验意识和同理心，注重客户满意度。
