## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责将总行的银管策略、产品策略在对接的理财经理范围内进行宣导和落地执行；协助私行财富部在责任区域内追踪业管指标，识别业务短板，制定针对性的改进计划并推动执行，确保区域业绩达标。
- 协同拜访客户，对客户异议进行处理；运用教练技术，帮助对接的理财经理发现问题，通过示范、角色扮演等进行辅导，提升实战技能。
- 承接总行培训，在对接责任区域内转培训，确保理财经理准确理解。针对承接的理财经理的共性客户、优秀案例，组织客户沙龙、小型分享会，促进客群经营及萃取经验。
- 熟练掌握各种内部作业工具，数据化运营。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先。
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力。
- 目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
