## Job description

### 基本法管理
- 线上代理人基本法的调研制定、修订、系统实现、数据分析与追踪等；

### 代理人系统管理
- 代理人账户管理、后台系统管理、黑白名单管理等；

### 代理人薪酬管理
- 基本法津贴、佣金、营销津贴核对与发放管理，代理人发薪账户管理等；

### 数据报送
- 日报、统信、中介、风险指标等各类监管数据报送；
- 领导安排的其他工作。

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融学、保险学、工商管理、市场营销等专业；

### 经验能力
- 有个险相关工作经验，对个险线上营销新模式、IP打造了解感兴趣，具有一定的逻辑思维和人员管理能力，具有较强的行业拓展经营能力，有2年以上数据分析经验；
- 沟通表达良好，逻辑清晰，开朗热情。
