## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责汽融分中心各项工作管理及推动；
- 负责制定汽融分中心业务发展计划和规划，对分中心经营管理等各项指标和工作目标达成负责；
- 负责做好当地各监管机构的定期沟通汇报，及时了解监管动态，及时报送各类材料；
- 执行总部案件防控、合规管理、消保管理各项要求，建立健全内控机制；
- 负责汽融分中心业务受理区域内合作机构或渠道的统筹管理及协调沟通；
- 负责汽融分中心销售团队建设及资源配置。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，经济学、金融、汽车等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上相关领域工作岗位，3年以上团队管理经验；党员优先； 3、具体优秀的领导力和团队管理能力，具备较高的自驱力和抗压力，能够激发团队战斗力和执行力； 4、有相应的金融或银行业从业经验，符合监管任职要求； 5、熟悉汽车行业市场及汽车金融业务工作经验优先，有贷款业务工作经验优先，有跨条线工作经验优先。 6、从业历史记录良好，无犯罪、重大违法违规或行业不良记录； 7、可接受异地任职，具体工作地点结合实际需求确定。
