## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责合作银行渠道的对接、产品的推进，合作活动项目跟进以及手续费结算；
- 业务队伍培训训练及银行培训支持；
- 销售方案制定、推动，业务指标追踪；
- 业务队伍出单流程管理及支持，各项运营指标达成追踪；
- 公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 品行端正、诚实守信、具有进取精神；
- 有责任心、抗压能力强、沟通能力良好，具备一定社交公关能力；
- 具有银行、保险或银行渠道对接工作经验者尤佳。
