## Job description

岗位职责

### 全域用户行为数据分析
- 对客户浏览、服务使用、社群互动、续保/流失等行为做监控、归因分析，定位经营痛点。

### 体系搭建
- 搭建迭代客户分层、用户标签与客户经营指标体系，持续跟踪活跃度、续保率、LTV、转化率等核心指标。

### 专题分析
- 负责客户经营专项（存量盘活、权益体系、健康管理活动、私域运营等）的数据测算、过程监控与效果复盘，评估ROI，迭代运营策略。

### 深度洞察
- 挖掘用户行为数据，识别用户痛点与需求，输出专题分析报告，联动运营团队推动洞察落地，提升客户经营效率与NPS。

### 可视化与赋能
- 沉淀客户经营分析模板（BI看板设计与优化）、用户标签资产，赋能部门精细化客户经营。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 本科及以上学历，具备5年及以上互联网/保险公司工作经验，熟悉保险业务逻辑及用户生命周期管理；

### 专业
- 统计学、数据科学、应用数学、金融、经济、运筹、工商管理等相关专业。

### 技能
- 熟练SQL；掌握Python（Pandas）基础数据分析；会Tableau/Power BI可视化；

### 能力
- 对用户行为、存量运营敏感，逻辑清晰，擅长归因拆解；具备良好业务理解力与跨团队沟通能力。

### 加分项
- 有保险/医疗/互联网用户分析、增长运营类项目经历优先。
