## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责创新产品、创新客群、创新模式的市场与客户调研，进行模式、区域、行业、市场的研究；
- 负责创新产品、创新客群、创新模式的设计、推进、监测及评价，并提出相应优化方案；
- 负责公司对公创新业务全流程管理，推动创新项目调研、论证设计、优化迭代和风险预警；进行专项检视和全面检视；
- 负责创新业务的培训和宣导工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，专业不限。 2.1-2年（含）以上商业银行、租赁公司授信审批经验或四大会所咨询、审计人员，精通PPT。 3.具备对公业务风险管理经验；能快速理解行业运行逻辑，深度理解各方需求，整合资源提供解决方案。 4.具有较强执行能力与责任心，学习能力强，积极主动。 工作作风严谨，能够承担工作压力，擅长整合资源解决问题；精于分析和数据提炼。
