## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责劳动法律法规及政策的解读与分析，确保公司用工合规。
- 处理劳动争议案件，包括调解、仲裁和诉讼，维护公司权益。
- 协调解决员工关系问题，维护和谐的劳资环境。
- 监督公司用工合规性，预防劳动争议风险。
- 提供劳动法培训和支持，协助完善公司劳动规章制度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法律、人力资源管理或相关专业；
- 五年以上用工管理、劳动争议处理或员工关系相关工作经验，熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规，具备独立处理劳动争议的能力；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力、法律文书写作能力和风险防控意识；
- 通过国家司法考试或具有企业劳动争议调解员资格者优先。
