## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责创保人力发展、业务推动和产品推动；
- 线上激励方案、营销活动的拟定、宣导、推动和评估；
- 负责人力、保费、开单率、团队管理等指标达成与追踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，经济学、法学、工学、管理学、理学等专业优先；
- 工作经验不限，保险类、销售类相关经验优先；
- 具备保险基础知识优先；
- 具有优秀的规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力，具有一定的领悟能力，一定的执行力，一定的结果导向型思维，跟踪到底，不遗漏。
