## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接平安集团内部银行、保险等子公司及总部机构，挖掘业务机会，拓展集团内部合作；
- 负责高端演唱会等现场权益项目运营落地，包含包厢权益统筹、现场执行、客户体验保障；
- 结合客户痛点输出权益营销、激励整体解决方案；
- 全流程跟进商务谈判、合同签订以及项目落地，完成业绩指标；
- 维护集团内部客户客情，提升复购；收集业务反馈，支撑产品迭代优化。

### 任职资格 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历； 2、1‑3年B端大客户销售经验，金融保险背景、熟悉平安集团生态优先； 3、能够独立输出PPT业务方案，具备商务沟通、方案宣讲能力； 4、擅长跨部门协同推进工作，目标感强，抗压，可多项目并行处理
