## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立和维护平安银行高净值客户群体，分析挖掘客户需求，进行合理资产配置；
- 根据客户需求，为客户提供理财贷款咨询、投资建议、财务分析和规划等全方位的金融服务，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估等工作；
- 通过各类营销推广活动开发新高净值客户。 任职资格
- 从事经济工作3年以上（其中，从事银行工作2年以上）；熟悉银行零售业务产品，了解各类个人客户的金融需求；
- 本科及以上学历，取得学位证和学历证；
- 具有基金、保险从业资格证书优先；
- 具有较高的业务水平，在以前的工作中无违法违纪现象；
- 具有较强营销意识，执行能力具有良好的市场开拓能力和社会资源。
