## Job description

岗位职责

### 渠道管理
- 负责对接集团合作子公司业务, 制定业务对接SOP和窗口透明化管理, 常态化沟通并搭建信息共享平台, 维护产品线稳定

### 产品规划
- 负责子公司产品业务线引进, 搭建全集团贷款产品体系并制定产品拓展规划, 负责资源转化效果分析

### 业务驱动
- 阶段性分析总结，周、月、季、年的多维度业务数据检视

### 项目追踪
- 负责对接专业公司重点业务需求, 并协调公司内部制定金服推广项目方案 任职资格 1.统计学、数学、金融、管理等相关专业本科及以上学历 2.2年以上数据分析管理、运营项目经验（特别优秀者可适当放宽）；精通数据统计和分析，熟练运用相关办公工具 3.逻辑能力强数据目标感强，能够通过数据化运营发现问题并实现优化改进目标，推动项目落地 4.熟悉电销贷款业务管理和推动、 具有极强责任心和业务推动力、抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通和跨部门协作能力。
