## Job description

### 岗位职责 招聘是员工配置和招募的一个专业领域，其工作重点是吸引和分配潜在员工，包括
- 提升组织作为一个良好工作环境的形象
- 吸引、招聘、筛选和面试候选人
- 为初级和高级职位推荐内部和外部候选人
- 为特定的空缺职位推荐申请人，管理职前测试、背景审查，与拒绝岗位邀请的候选人进行离职面谈，为落选者提供反馈
- 有可能协助职位的宣传和发布 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验。
