## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责重大/疑难投诉案件的处置，确保问题高效解决，客户满意
- 在投诉处理过程中，发现业务问题，提出优化建议，从源头降低投诉发生
- 分析投诉量趋势变化，剖析波动原因，根据不同业务类型制定并适时调整投诉处理策略
- 投诉系统痛点梳理，提出系统优化建议，提升投诉处理效率和客户体验
- 负责内部投诉处理技能技巧培训，提升团队整体服务水平
- 负责监管报告回函，确保合规性，维护企业与监管机构的良好关系 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法学相关专业优先，工作经验丰富者可适当放宽
- 具备重大/疑难案件客诉处理经验，优秀的远程及现场谈判能力
- 有金融机构监管投诉处理经验、调解中心对接经验者优先
- 具备良好的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力
- 工作认真负责，抗压能力强，具备团队协作精神
