## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责投产项目的预算编制、审核及执行监控。
- 跟踪项目实际支出，确保成本控制在预算范围内。
- 设计并优化公司薪酬体系，确保其具有市场竞争力。
- 制定并实施绩效管理方案，确保绩效与薪酬挂钩。
- 与财务、人力资源及业务部门紧密合作，确保项目顺利推进。
- 根据公司战略目标，制定并优化预算和薪酬相关政策。
- 利用数据分析工具，监控预算和薪酬管理的效果。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 至少5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，其中至少2年在预算或薪酬管理岗位工作。
- 熟悉预算编制、成本控制及薪酬管理理论与实践。
- 精通数据分析工具（如Excel等）。
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和人际协调能力。
