## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司车险和非车险业务的发展和政策推动执行、落实；
- 负责所辖机构各项指标及业务达成；
- 负责市场同业信息搜集、网点开拓与关系维护、营销策划等；
- 负责员工队伍管理，对员工队伍行使管理与指导职能，确保公司合规、高效运营；
- 上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 有3-5年金融行业工作经验；
- 具备较好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力、语言表达能力和逻辑思维能力；
- 最近5年内无重大违规和严重失信不良记录
