## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责拓展并维护公司客户，提供专业金融服务。完成客户尽职调查、撰写授信报告、协助放款操作、进行贷后管理等规定动作；
- 参与协助产品部门开发产品、服务定制和交叉营销，为客户提供综合金融服务方案；
- 完成分行下达的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有1年以上银行业相关工作经验；
- 具有行业/产业知识背景，熟悉专精特新类客户，包括但不限于企业上下游产业链、供应链，能为客户拓展深入营销提供支持；
- 工作认真负责，抗压能力强，具有良好的学习、沟通能力及风险意识；
- 具有良好的职业道德，无不良从业记录。
