## Job description

岗位职责
- 跟踪行业趋势与竞品动态，定期输出行业报告，持续传递行业政策与服务动态，提升团队专业能力
- 支持部门数据分析需求，包括但不限于数据报表及数据报告，为经营策略提供决策支持
- 联合产品、开发团队，推动权益系统功能迭代与用户体验优化
- 完成领导交办的其它事项 任职资格
- 保险、统计、金融等相关专业优先
- 熟悉Python/Excel等数据分析工具
- 形象气质佳，具备良好的沟通表达、具备较强的抗压能力、学习能力、具有较强的逻辑分析能力和执行能力
- 有保险、互联网、金融行业实习等实习相关经历优先
