## Job description

岗位职责
- 为机构提供企业年金客户项目公关，提供基本的受托、账管和投资产品推介支持，解答受托管理、账户管理、投资产品相关问题。
- 了解客户需求，根据客户需求准备解决方案和项目竞标材料，参加中小型年金项目竞标，进行年金项目推介演示，对于大型或特殊需求客户配合总部相关部门制作特殊需求方案和标书；
- 进行年金销售技术培训和机构年金产品经理的技术管理；为机构和客户提供受托、账户管理和投资管理的年金培训服务；
- 及时对复杂年金项目进行案例分析总结（含企业年金方案经验总结），以便丰富和优化企业年金项目的服务手段；
- 收集和汇报机构年金销售信息，进行年金市场和竞争对手分析并编写分析报告。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，经济类、金融、法律等专业优先
- 有金融保险机构相应岗位工作经验者优先；具有大型年金项目管理经验，基金公司或证券公司相关工作经验者优先
- 具有亲和力，良好的沟通能力及逻辑思维能力；有强烈的责任感和服务意识
