## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微事业部融资租赁业务授信审批，管理信用风险及相关的操作风险；
- 协助制定、完善风险控制管理政策、制度及工具，推动风险管理体系的持续完善；
- 负责开展信用风险培训；
- 出具业务风险分析评价报告；
- 协助开展总量风险管理；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历（金融、财务、审计、税务、风险管理等专业优先）；
- 融资租赁（回租）信审领域3年（含）以上实务工作经验，具有较强的信用风险管理能力；
- 较强的信用风险管理能力；较强的财务分析能力；较强的信息收集分析能力；
- 具有较强的原则性和执行能力；沟通协调能力强，较好地说服能力；良好的抗压的能力；责任心强，有积极主动地工作态度。
