## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 制定并提供企财险产品销售指引；
- 提供企财险产品知识培训及销售技能提升培训；
- 参与并协助企财险目标市场调研；
- 参与企财险目标项目策略制定及谈判；
- 参与中小项目企财险的核保与报价；
- 负责销售成功经验推广。

### 任职资格 任职资格
- 全日制大学（一本）本科以上学历，工程、风险控制、机械、土建等理工科专业
- 有较强的责任心和团队精神，较强的学习能力、沟通能力，执行力强；
- 工作经验不限，有企财险核保或业务管理经验。
