## Job description

岗位职责

### 公司业务营销
- 按照分行行长室制定的公司业务营销方向和拓展思路，系统策划和组织安排公司业务市场营销计划的实施，完成分行下达的各项公司业务指标；带领客户经理团队明确分行目标客户，拓展客户资源。

### 授信管理
- 对公司条线的相关业务内容进行控制和把关；保证各项业务按照监管部门及上级单位的规章制度执行；对已授信的客户组织有效的贷后检查和信用分类，有效防控所管辖的授信业务的各类经营风险，确保团队合规经营。

### 团队管理
- 负责团队组建、日常经营和管理、制度建设等工作；指导和安排团队日常工作，对团队成员的绩效管理工作提出建议，具体组织和实施部门内人员的培训等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具备3年及以上银行从业经验，1年及以上管理工作经验，具备较丰富的金融及相关行业专业知识。
- 客户开拓及服务营销能力强，能独立牵头开拓市场。
- 责任心强，具有较高的内外部沟通、协调能力。
