## Job description

岗位职责

### 品牌及营销活动策划
- 负责集团层面全年大型品牌活动策划与执行，根据年度品牌战略与主营业务节奏，制定周期性品牌营销活动；衔接品牌、产品与用户，进行有效的营销沟通；

### 产品推广策划
- 支持战略级产品上市的营销策划，对内承接新品项目信息，并制定传播策略，提升品牌声量，建立用户心智，助力产品实现转化；

### 内容营销
- 贴合热点、节日等，策划短平快的内容营销，提升用户对品牌好感度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，广告学、传播学及相关专业。2年以上营销策划相关工作经验，有金融、互联网及快消品工作经验为佳；
- 具备较强的思考洞察、营销策划、创意能力和整合传播技巧，能够独立操盘营销方案，有独立策划大型整合营销项目经验为佳；
- 具备良好的项目统筹管理和执行能力，沟通协调能力、团队合作能力，具备高度责任心，抗压能力强；
- 有好奇心、创意能力强、对社会热点敏感，熟悉网络媒体特点，用户洞察能力较强；
- 具备较强的文案能力，能够撰写出对用户有营销价值的文案；具备较好的审美能力。
