## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责各类投资资产的资金交收、日终对账、清算交割等运营工作。
- 协助投资经理、交易员进行头寸管理、资金管理、托管行协调等运营管理工作。
- 负责新产品、新模式等创新工作的运营方案规划、设计、实现及持续优化。
- 负责运营管理业务流程、系统功能持续优化等领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、财务、计算机等相关专业。
- 具有相关从业资格证书，如基金从业资格证书、证券从业资格证书、期货从业资格证书等。
- 具有1年及以上清算、资金业务或系统管理经验。
- 熟悉资金交收、清算交割相关业务规则和系统使用，熟悉中证登、中债登、上清所等清算业务流程，及托管行运作模式，熟悉各类资管产品形态及运营方案者优先。
- 有相关业务（资金清算、投资交易、估值核算等）软件系统背景者优先。
- 有高度的敬业精神和工作责任心，具有良好的运营风险防范和优化创新意识，沟通能力、团队精神良好。
- 诚实可靠、严谨细致，能承受较强的工作压力，愿意长期从事投资后台工作。
