## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本行的AUM,存款、客户数、营收负责，制定达成目标的具体工作计划
- 统筹柜员、理财经理各项工作，提供基础服务，引导线上化，做好银行服务工作
- 配合财富中心，维护好大客户
- 协调处理客户投诉、贯彻合规及风控要求
- 带领团队完成年度规划和各项经营指标 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.3-10年相关工作经验
