## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责C端AI产品规划，含智能保顾、客服、一体化Agent智能体；

### 设计AI场景能力
- 方案推荐、保单解读、投保理赔咨询等工作流；
- 对接算法团队，定义Prompt、RAG策略，管控AI幻觉与输出合规；
- 将AI能力嵌入增长交易链路，提升用户活跃与保费转化效果；
- 搭建AI产品指标体系，持续评估效果，迭代优化产品能力；
- 对接合规部门，完成AI产品审计溯源设计，满足监管要求；
- 跟踪AI Agent行业前沿，输出保险AI产品迭代规划路线。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，3‑5年AI产品经验，金融保险行业优先；
- 熟悉大模型、Agent、RAG、工具调用，有智能助手落地经验；
- 理解保险业务流程，具备保险产品合规风险管控意识；
- 可输出AI产品PRD，协同算法研发推进AI功能落地；
- 能把业务需求转化为AI能力，兼顾体验与业务业务结果；
- 跨团队协作能力强，联动业务合规多方推进项目落地。

### 加分项

保险智能体落地经验；熟悉保险AI平台方案优先。
