## Job description

岗位职责

### 导师资源池建设与维护
- 协助建立并动态更新公司内部导师库，确保导师覆盖率及实动率；

### 培训运作支持
- 负责标准化课程（如新人衔接、短板培训等）的班级运营，收集学员问题与建议，推动内容迭代优化；

### 新人指标追踪
- 定期追踪留存、四转等考核指标，分析新人流失/淘汰原因，协同提出改进方案。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有导师资源管理、培训运营经验者优先；

### 数据能力
- 具备数据分析能力，通过数据复盘分析问题并输出改进方案

### 协调沟通
- 具备跨部门沟通协调能力，联动相关部门推动培训班级及人才培养项目落地

### 基础素养
- 工作细致有责任心，有较强的执行能力
