## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责线上三方平台（包括头部平台、二梯队平台及垂直类平台）的渠道合作拓展与日常运营管理；
- 制定并执行渠道增长策略，推动保费规模持续提升，对所负责渠道的保费收入目标达成负责；
- 主导与平台方的商务接洽、合作谈判及关系维护，推动产品在平台的上线与推广；
- 深入洞察平台用户健康保障需求及市场趋势，推动产品共创与联合研发；
- 协调内部产品、技术等团队资源，完成系统对接、产品上线及联合营销方案的策划与执行；
- 负责合作项目的全生命周期管理，包括运营数据追踪、效果分析及持续优化，定期输出平台合作成效报告。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上互联网保险或平台渠道合作相关工作经验，有经代渠道合作资源者优先； 3、具备明确的业绩导向意识，有渠道保费收入目标管理经验，能通过数据驱动实现渠道增长； 4、具备良好的商务谈判能力与项目管理能力，能够高效推动跨部门协作； 5、具备敏锐的市场洞察力与用户需求分析能力，能够结合平台特性制定差异化合作策略； 6、逻辑清晰，数据敏感，能熟练使用Excel、PPT等工具进行数据分析与报告撰写； 7、具备良好的沟通协调能力与执行力，能在多任务压力下高效推进工作。
