## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓、发展高价值私人财富客户，满足高端个人客户个性化理财需要，提升客户忠诚度；
- 以全方位的金融理财和资产配置为客户提供资产保值、增值服务；
- 负责客户的维护、客户资料的管理及客户的二次开发；
- 及时了解市场动态，研究私人财富客户的个性化理财需要，提供产品开发需求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融类相关专业毕业优先；
- 金融行业2年以上相关从业经历，有良好的客户资源储备；
- 有较丰富的金融专业知识；具备一定的组织能力、市场策划能力、语言文字表达能力和谈判能力、业务开发能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，无经商办企业或兼职行为，无监管机构金融违规记录。
