## Job description
- 落实团队保险销售任务，完成个人年度保费销售任务。
- 收集客户或渠道信息，拜访新目标客户或渠道，拓展新增保险业务。
- 落实团队要求的销售动作，开展各种营销、激励活动，按期开展续保工作。
- 做好客户关系管理工作，做好承保前基础风险评估，为客户提供基础的风险管理服务。
- 协助团队经理对已有渠道进行维护与深度拓展。
- 参加公司组织的各种会议、培训，落实考勤要求。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 经济、金融、保险等相关专业优先；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力，强烈的责任和敬业精神。
