Establish and optimize machine and process parameters using Scientific Moulding principles. Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize processes and identify critical parameters. Support process and tooling validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, and prepare process documentation, setup sheets, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.

Troubleshoot tooling and process-related issues from First-Off Trial (FOT) through Start of Production (SOP). Conduct process capability studies, SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to achieve quality and process targets. Ensure smooth and successful transfer of validated moulding processes into mass production. Manage the lifecycle of moulds and tooling, including preventive maintenance, service records, and performance tracking for both in-house and supplier-managed tooling.
