[Apply on Philips’s careers site →](https://philips.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/jobs-and-careers/job/Huixquilucan-de-Degollado/E-trade-Performance-Mexico---North-Latam--Personal-Health-Products-_542862) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Philips](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/philips/) / E-Trade Specialist Mexico & North LATAM ## Job description Job Title E-Trade Specialist Mexico & North LATAM ### Job Description E-Trade Specialist Mexico & North LATAM Your role: - Responsible for leading the e-Commerce Strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within Marketplaces and key clients in Mexico and North LATAM Countries. - You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via strong digital marketing activities, based on global roadmap and local market requirements. - Coordinate Annual Commercial Moments, Peak Moments & Monthly calendar across categories for each key strategic online customer. - Be the single point of contact for the assigned markets on all digital activation & e-commerce topics and align with stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Digital). - Work jointly with CRM and Media team to drive online growth. - Accountable for E-Trade KPIs (example: ROAS, Conversion Rate, SO Targets...), reviewing performance of all digital activation and e-commerce channels against targets and reporting regularly, leveraging market and business voice to contribute to the category clients ' strategy. - Monitoring external trends and developments in the world of digital, social, and e-commerce and feed in ideas for innovation and continued best practice. - Overseeing budget allocation and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, agreed timeframes, and quality standards. ### You're the right fit if - You completed a BS or MS in Digital / Ecommerce or equivalent discipline (preferred), or marketing, communications, or business. - At least 3 years of experience working in a digital / e-commerce organization, or B2C worldwide companies or operation models experience (e.g. processes, technologies, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) in complex organizations. - You have p revious experience in E-Trade within a market or experience in any marketplace company (highly preferred). How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week in our office in Huixquilucan.
