Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders across the region. Improve business performance through accurate revenue forecasting, clear governance, and performance tracking. Lead and develop a diverse, multicultural team, creating a culture of accountability, trust, and collaboration. Help expand delivery capabilities by developing partners and improving service processes. This role follows a hybrid model, with three days per week in Barueri. ### You’re the right fit if You have strong experience leading service delivery or service operations across multiple countries. Your skills include people leadership, revenue forecasting, performance management, partner development, and continuous improvement. You have a customer-success mindset and experience handling complex customer situations and escalations. You’re fluent in English and bring strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills. Experience in information technology, healthcare, banking, or another regulated industry is preferred.
