### WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support key HR operations, including position management, reorganizations, payroll verification, personnel records, and rewards programs, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws
- Lead and support a team in delivering efficient HR solutions Resolve HR operational issues through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements
- Manage payroll and personnel data discrepancies
- Handle stakeholder and Business
- Partner escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication Exposure to transformation projects (ideally involving centralization) would be a strong plus
- Support compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and legal requirements, escalating risks when needed
- Support change management by effectively communicating updates, priorities, and expectations to the team SKILLS & CAPABILITIES: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related Min
- 5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Services Min
- 2 years of previous experience in leading the team (ideally global one)
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR operational processes
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and manage competing demands Confidence in handling escalations and stakeholder interactions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluency in English is a must (min C1 level), knowledge of German/Hungarian/Czech or Slovak would be an asset Good Excel skills, familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Salesforce would be a plus REWARDS & BENEFITS: Private medical and dental care, life insurance Lunch card to be used in the canteen or outside Hybrid working arrangement (40% of working time from the office and 60% of working time from home / month) Employee pension plan Cafeteria benefit program, multisport card Wide range of training In this position you will earn no less than PLN 14 100 gross per month Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
