## Job description

we are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Planning Sr. Specialist to join our team in Algeria. This role is based in Algiers.

### Your ‘day to day’

Identify business needs and collaborate with the Commercial Team to deliver strategic recommendations for all commercial operations through impactful presentations. Support strategic planning through statistical analysis and prioritization of commercial plans, including input into 3-Year Plans. Lead Monthly & Bi-weekly reporting including all commercial KPIs. Develop quarterly trade segmentation across channels and territories, ensuring efficient execution and deployment.

Translate market data into actionable commercial insights to improve forecasting and decision-making. Support Commercial execution in prioritizing high-value channels, territories and segments based on growth potential and ROI. Develop and support NPLs & LPEs launches strategies from a 360 perspective. Partner with Marketing department for a smooth planning of visibility campaigns, accurately defining relevant audiences.

Support business units with excellence in execution and contribute to the optimum resource allocation to optimize coverage of the assigned territories. Lead technical coordination with the external development and maintenance agency for commercial reporting platforms and ensure tools evolve in line with business needs. Partner with the Data & Analytics team to address commercial needs, review reporting, and provide performance insights.

Provide technical support through internal and external presentations and ensuring compliance with company policies and trading codes. Ensure full compliance with all relevant practices & procedures / local legislation in the area of responsibility, through attentive and proactive adherence to PM values.

### Who we’re looking for

Graduate in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field 3+ Proven experience in commercial intelligence, data analytics or strategic planning. Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
