About the team New Business Commercial Ecosystems sits at the intersection of innovation, procurement, operations, and external partnerships.

We identify and activate ecosystems including startups, universities, technology providers, CDMOs, CMOs, and strategic suppliers to help PMI explore, experiment, execute, and scale faster. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Role & Objectives As part of New Business Commercial Ecosystems, you will support initiatives that help build and activate external ecosystems for future growth. Support strategic projects across Open Innovation, New Product Sourcing, Wellness & Healthcare, Clinical Research, and external manufacturing. Conduct market and partner research to identify relevant technologies, capabilities, suppliers, and ecosystem players.

Prepare analyses, insights, and executive-ready presentations. Contribute to operating models and playbooks for scouting, assessing, onboarding, and managing partners. Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, R&D, Sustainability teams, and external partners. Bring fresh perspectives to improve innovation, resilience, speed, and business performance. What we offer You will join an international, impact-driven team working on real business priorities.

Exposure to strategic topics shaping PMI's future ecosystems. Hands-on experience in innovation, procurement, partnerships, and executive communication.
