### Working Pattern

### What You'll Do
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize and evolve the product roadmap
- Provide technical leadership across discovery, design, implementation, and hypercare phases
- Ensure alignment with architecture, security, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Assess the impact of enhancements, releases and integrations across the Veeva ecosystem
- Support validation, risk assessment, change management and audit readiness activities
- Act as the Veeva subject matter expert, guiding vendors and reviewing solution designs
- Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization and innovation

### Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platforms
- Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams Veeva certification (Administrator, White Belt, Platform Associate, or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of Veeva domains, integrations, APIs, and regulated environments (GxP, CSV/CSA) Experience in multinational organizations with exposure to AI-enabled product delivery and automation Rewards & Benefits Private medical & dental care Life insurance Subsidized meals Employee pension plan In this position you will earn no less that: Poland: 17000 PLN gross/monthly, Portugal: 4700 EUR gross/monthly Relocation support is not available for this job At PMI we run the business in line with ethical principles and encourage SpeakUp culture.
