## Job description

As a Modern Trade Field Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our Smoke-Free Products (SFP) business by developing strong partnerships, executing consumer engagement activities, and managing retail touchpoints within your assigned territory.

### Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and strengthen business partnerships. Execute consumer engagement and acquisition activities. Manage retail touchpoints, inventory, and store execution. Develop and implement territory growth plans. Achieve assigned sales and business targets. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

### Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, retail operations, or a related role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Willing to do field work within the assigned territory.

### Work Location

Marikina Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM What we offer​: Our above market practice on Compensation & Benefits provide you with: Guaranteed 14th month pay HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement Retirement Plan Leave Conversion
