Join our Quality team and help ensure the reliability, compliance, and performance of the processes and equipment behind our smoke-free products. Impact You'll Own - Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems remain compliant with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Drive successful qualification and validation activities that support operational excellence and business continuity. - Improve process reliability through data analysis, investigation of validation discrepancies, and implementation of corrective actions. - Strengthen quality performance by supporting risk assessments, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Enable audit readiness and sustainable compliance through robust validation documentation and quality records. ### What You'll Do - Execute qualification and validation activities for manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes. - Prepare, review, and maintain validation protocols, reports, and related documentation. - Investigate validation deviations and support effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Analyze testing and manufacturing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality, compliance, and operational objectives. - Verify calibration, maintenance, and performance of equipment and instruments. - Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing environment. ### Skills & Capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field. - 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Validation, Quality Engineering, or a related area. - Knowledge of validation lifecycle management, including equipment, process, cleaning, or method validation. - Understanding of quality systems, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills. - Experience with risk assessment methodologies and quality investigations. - Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions. ### Rewards & Benefits - Competitive annual salary - Monthly meal and transportation allowance - Private life and health insurance - Additional family support benefits - Company pension plan - On-site wellbeing benefits - Access to best-in-class learning and development programs - Opportunities for international career growth - A collaborative, inclusive and innovation-driven work environment Equal Opportunities Statement We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and identities and provide reasonable accommodations to ensure an accessible recruitment process.
