Your Day-to-Day Lead daily LSP warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, shipping, and waste disposition activities. Develop and execute daily operating plans, labor deployment, workload priorities, dock schedules, and storage utilization plans. Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, and capacity utilization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements. Identify operational risks, capacity constraints, and delivery issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Transportation, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support uninterrupted material flow. Coordinate shuttle operations between warehouse and factory locations. Monitor warehouse performance and drive improvements in efficiency, service, and customer satisfaction. Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and transaction exceptions. Lead inventory counts, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy. Coach supervisors and leads on scheduling, prioritization, performance management, and continuous improvement. Drive problem-solving initiatives that improve material flow, labor efficiency, and operational reliability. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience. Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations. Leadership experience overseeing teams, supervisors, or third-party logistics providers. Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling processes. Experience with KPIs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety, quality standards, and inventory traceability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; WMS or ERP experience preferred. Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
