WHAT YOU’LL DO -Build, test, and launch B2C email campaigns and consumer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Create and maintain audience segments and data extensions; apply suppression logic, frequency governance, and consent preferences. - Manage the CRM execution calendar, coordinating intake, approvals, timelines, and pre-send checks with stakeholders. - Implement A/B testing and data tagging/UTMs; monitor performance and recommend optimization actions. - Support automation using Journey Builder and apply AMPscript/SQL for personalization and data operations. - Maintain platform hygiene, including role-based access, sender authentication, RMM, and data retention practices. - Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and contribute to process improvements. - Produce operational reports and partner with Analytics on KPI reviews and recommendations. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, brand consistency, and consumer data protection. SKILLS & CAPABILITIES -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese is an asset. - Strong customer orientation. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Data-driven mindset; able to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actions. - Hands-on experience with SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder). - Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, and Contact Builder knowledge is a plus. - Understanding of B2C CRM, consent management, and deliverability best practices. - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); BI tools are a plus. ### Preferred certifications - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. - Commercial, Marketing, Digital Tools, and Project Management knowledge is a plus.
