## Job description

Your Day to Day You will lead the design, execution, and optimization of acquisition programs that drive consumer growth and business performance.

Working closely with cross-functional, regional, and global teams, you'll turn consumer insights into impactful actions and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include: Develop and deliver acquisition programs and initiatives that contribute directly to business objectives. Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality delivery and measurable outcomes. Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and pain points. Partner with retention teams to ensure effective onboarding and early consumer engagement.

Continuously monitor performance, optimize programs, and implement corrective actions where needed. Contribute to the development of mid- and long-term acquisition strategies. Collaborate across functions to drive alignment, innovation, and execution excellence. Manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and ensure effective use of resources. Lead and influence cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, consumer engagement, business development, or strategy roles. Proven success leading complex cross-functional programs and delivering business results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Consumer-centric mindset with experience leveraging insights to drive targeted initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
