## Job description

- Develop structural building standard guidelines covering substructure through roof systems.
- Create a standard material requirement list for key building components.
- Produce a practical reference for quickly defining required structural and finishing work.
- Support more consistent workplace design across Sampoerna office locations.

### What You'll Do
- Review PMI Workplace guides and relevant engineering references.
- Develop technical specifications for office and warehouse structures.
- Prepare technical standards for outdoor structural elements.
- Translate requirements into clear drawings, visuals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Commercial, Service Delivery, Security and Market Safety, and contractors.
- Present recommendations and finalize approved standards.

### Skills & Capabilities
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in SAP2000 or ETABS and AutoCAD.
- Ability to create visuals using Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
- Understanding of building structures and construction materials.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize technical information accurately.
- Collaborative and proactive working style.
