WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR A candidate with strong experience in Integrated Work System (IWS)-must have An analytical and problem-solving mind with university degree in Engineering, Technical Science Zero Loss mindset – actively seeks opportunities to eliminate losses and continuously improve performance by challenging existing standards A professional with good practical experience and technical knowledge of production process, materials and equipment (at least 3 years) A candidate with previous experience in Integrated Work System (IWS) A people activator, with ability and commitment to drive change in the organization, effective communication skills at all levels of the organization and strong collaboration skills A candidate with demonstrated self-motivated personal leadership as well as strongly developed training and coaching skills An individual with good Microsoft Excel & Power BI skills Fluent Polish and English speaker ### WHAT WE OFFER YOU? As a Deployment Lead you will be supporting the company in implementing IWS called OPEN+ and: Supporting the deployment of OPEN+ across the factory in line with PMI OPEN+ Strategy Supporting the design and deployment of new OPEN+ methodology in different business contexts Coaching colleagues in deliver value through adopting and improving Global best practices in a standardized and systematic way Certifying people on Open+ methodology (teach with full autonomy) Monitoring the impact of OPEN+ deployment in what concerns capability building and business impact At PMI we run the business in line with ethical principles and encourage SpeakUp culture.
