As Channel Manager Distribution Own Retail (DOR), you will play a key role in shaping our national distribution strategy, partnering with wholesale networks to ensure strong product availability, visibility, and execution across the market. Impact You'll Own Increase distribution coverage and execution excellence across Distribution Own Retail channels nationwide. Strengthen product visibility, availability, and merchandising standards through distributor and wholesale partnerships. Drive successful implementation of national commercial initiatives, promotions, and portfolio launches. Improve collaboration and alignment between wholesalers, and PMI commercial teams. Ensure distribution activities are executed in line with PMI policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives. ### What You'll Do Define and execute the national DOR strategy covering commercial conditions, listings, and merchandising activities. Build and maintain strong partnerships with wholesale stakeholders. Coordinate implementation of national wholesale projects and monitor performance against agreed objectives. Support regional teams in executing distribution plans and improving channel performance. Analyze distribution results, identify opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate stock management, promotional execution, and performance reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial standards, and applicable regulations. ### Skills & Capabilities Must-have University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales, trade marketing, key account management, or distribution management. Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and route-to-market strategies. Experience managing external partners, distributors, or wholesalers. Data analysis and performance management capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Project management and execution capabilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Professional proficiency in English and Romanian. ### Nice-to-have Experience in retail execution or leading distribution projects Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.
