The role focuses on acquisition and retention and works closely with SFP, Digital, Marketing, Consumer Experience, Analytics and Commercial Operations teams to deliver high-quality omnichannel initiatives. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SFP Project Management - Design omnichannel strategies and deployment plans for key SFP projects. - Align cross-functional teams on objectives, deliverables, timelines and expected outcomes. - Coordinate business readiness and execution across relevant functions. - Define project KPIs and partner with Analytics teams to establish accurate reporting. - Monitor performance after launch, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements. ### SFP Portfolio Strategy - Support the development of the market’s long-range SFP portfolio strategy. - Use market trends, research, consumer insights and analytics to identify acquisition and retention opportunities. - Develop portfolio plans covering product assortment and pricing. - Collaborate with Cluster, Regional and Central teams to build business cases and secure approvals. - Ensure commercial readiness for portfolio initiatives and track performance across retail, trade and wholesale channels. - Lead multi-tier portfolio expansion and assortment planning. - Contribute to volume and performance forecasts to support product availability and manage inventory risk. ### SFP Consumer Programs - Contribute to commercial programs from idea generation through deployment and performance monitoring. - Ensure programs address key acquisition and retention priorities. - Define channels, consumer journey stages and KPIs with project owners. - Adapt Global and Regional programs to local consumer needs, market conditions and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate Consumer Experience, Marketing, Digital and Commercial Operations teams to ensure effective execution.
